Sharp is a free, social prediction game. You make predictions about real-world events and markets, earn points, and compete on leaderboards with other players. Sharp is for entertainment. It is not gambling. There is no real-money wagering, no buy-ins, no purchases, and no cash or prizes. Points, credits, and standings have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money.
Sharp builds questions and scores outcomes using data about public events and prediction markets, including data from third parties such as Polymarket. We do not control those third parties and do not guarantee the accuracy or availability of their data. Nothing in Sharp is financial, investment, or betting advice.
You agree to give accurate information, keep your password secure, and not share your account. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you think your account has been used without your permission.
Do not use Sharp to break the law, cheat or manipulate scoring, abuse or harass other players, scrape or copy the service, interfere with how it runs, or use it on behalf of anyone under 18. Choose a display name that is not offensive, impersonating, or misleading.
Sharp is in early access and will change. We may update, pause, or remove features, content, leagues, or accounts, and we may end the service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms.
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available, especially during this early-access period.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Sharp is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Sharp. Because Sharp is free and involves no money, our total liability to you is limited accordingly.
We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we will let you know in the app or by email. Continuing to use Sharp after that means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Israel.
