Sharp is operated by Sharp, Israel. For any privacy question, email hello@sharp.market.
Account info: your email, a securely stored password, your display name. Gameplay: your predictions, scores, streaks, standings, league membership. Preferences: things like your time zone. Technical: basic device and usage information, plus what is needed to keep you signed in and secure.
To run the game (create your account, place you in leagues, score predictions, show standings); to communicate (product and game emails such as the Sharp Brief, and account messages); to improve and secure Sharp.
We use it to provide the service you signed up for, and with your consent where required. You can withdraw consent for non-essential emails at any time.
Trusted providers that process data on our behalf: Supabase (database and authentication), Resend (email), Vercel (hosting). Sharp also uses public market data from third parties such as Polymarket. We do not sell your personal data and do not share it for advertising.
A small amount of storage keeps you signed in and the app working. No advertising trackers.
Our providers may process data outside your country; we rely on their safeguards for international transfers.
While your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data, except anything we must keep for legal or security reasons.
You can ask to see, correct, delete, or export your personal data. Email hello@sharp.market.
Sharp is for adults. It is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
We use reasonable technical measures, including secure password storage and encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure.
We may update this policy and will post the new version here, notifying you of material changes.
